  • Return Policy: We only accept returns if the product is damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at support@flinkto.in within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Unboxing Video: To process your request, you must provide an unboxing video taken at the time of delivery, showing the condition of the product as you received it.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Process: Contact our support team at support@flinkto.in with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 5 business days.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for damaged products will be covered by us only if product was recieved damaged. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Only products that are damaged are eligible for returns and refunds. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any other reason.
  • We request customers to check the size guide before placing their orders.
  • Please be aware that the color of the product(s) may differ due to variations in screen resolution.

  • In the event of a torn parcel, incorrect item(s), or an empty package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. For added precaution, we suggest creating an unboxing video.
